If you are an existing client, you need to:

• Your goods will be dispatched within two working days of receiving your order.

If you are not yet registered as a client with us, please download a credit application form and attach it to your order. Once this has been approved, we will dispatch goods within two working days.

To order from our Made to Order [MTO] range:

• You need to call our highly experienced Sales Department on +27 21 691 6958 or 0861SSKINS to discuss your brief. They will be able to guide you on every aspect from fabric choice through design and print options.
• Once we have agreed on the specs, we create a computer image of the item indicating all the details in the brief.
• Based on your feedback we make the necessary modifications until we are both confident that we have exactly what you want.
• You sign off the image.
• Where necessary, or by agreement, we will produce a pre-production sample for approval.
• We estimate the ex-factory shipping date as accurately as possible when we have finalized and accepted your order.
• Delivery lead times are approximately six weeks from confirmation of order subject to a number of factors.
• Factors that may increase delivery lead times are non-standard or special fabric, colour and style requirements.
