How To Order

To order from our Ready to Go (RTG) range:

If you are an existing client, you need to:

• Select the goods you would like from this website (or download the full catalogue). Fill in the order form on this website. Fax it to us on +27 21 762 2434 or email it to info@secondskins.co.za
• Your goods will be dispatched within two working days of receiving your order.

If you are not yet registered as a client with us, please download a credit application form and attach it to your order. Once this has been approved, we will dispatch goods within two working days.

To order from our Made to Order (MTO) range:

• You need to call our highly experienced Sales Department on +27 762 2322 to discuss your brief. They will be able to guide you on every aspect from fabric choice through design and print options.
• Once we have agreed on the specs, we create a computer image of the item indicating all the details in the brief.
• Based on your feedback we make the necessary modifications until we are both confident that we have exactly what you want.
• You sign off the image.
• Where necessary, or by agreement, we will produce a pre-production sample for approval.
• We estimate the ex-factory shipping date as accurately as possible when we have finalized and accepted your order.
• Delivery lead times are approximately six weeks from confirmation of order subject to a number of factors.
• Factors that may increase delivery lead times are non-standard or special fabric, colour and style requirements.
